SUMMER PROGRAM : international students will participate in the study of the question of sustainability in food systems
Within the framework of our relationships with US and Russian University partners, 35 students and 3 visiting professors will discover during 1 month facets of the French food system and particularly from the sustainable development perspective.
35 students from 6 American universities and 1 Russian University [Wyoming (4), Texas A & M (16), Wisconsin (4), Minnesota (5), Maryland (1), Illinois (4) and Moscow (1)] will be hosted with french families for a better immersion in the French culture.Their program :
- cultural trips (Paris, the Loire Valley, Normandy, Brittany)
- visits to regional companies
- 4 week course on the theme of sustainable food system.
Courses will be taught in English by twenty teachers from the departments of Agronomy & Ecology, Culture, Language & Communication, Economics & Social Sciences, Technology Food & Bioresources, viticulture and oenology.Learn more
