

Within the framework of our relationships with US and Russian University partners, 35 students and 3 visiting professors will discover during 1 month facets of the French food system and particularly from the sustainable development perspective.
Their program :
- cultural trips (Paris, the Loire Valley, Normandy, Brittany)
- visits to regional companies
- 4 week course on the theme of sustainable food system.
Courses will be taught in English by twenty teachers from the departments of Agronomy & Ecology, Culture, Language & Communication, Economics & Social Sciences, Technology Food & Bioresources, viticulture and oenology.
