SINE QUA NON: Solidarity and farming

Association of International Solidarity with Morocco (ASIM)

ASIM is involved in agricultural development projects internationally and specifically in Morocco. As a student club, its purpose is primarily to educate its members about international solidarity in the field during training weekends. Its members are motivated and dynamic students who want to share, exchange and open up to other cultures. It has established an active exchange with Moroccan students from ENA (National School of Agriculture in Morocco), and well as the World Malaria Day and International Solidarity Week.

CGE: Association of Christians in Grande Ecole

The Association of Christians in Grande Ecole (CGE) is a national association of all Christian students of France. In Angers, 7 schools are members: Albert le Grand, ENSAM, ESA, ESAIP, ESSCA, ESEO and INHP. Activities include:
·      Mass once a month, organized by one of the 7 schools, followed by an activity such as bowling, a bar, a dinner, a film and discussion.
·      At ESA, the students propose debates, humanitarian activities, prayer, festive meals, and outings.
·      In March, the club organizes a “Produce or Protect” weekend with students from agriculture and agribusiness schools from all over France, to reflect on major issues of our time, focusing on agriculture, agro-industry and the environment.
This club is open to all and aims to help students develop their human, social, humanitarian and spiritual sense.
