Introduction
Milk secretion, like other forms of production, is the result of the entire organism activity. As a result, the food of dairy cows must provide the energy and nutrients needed for: intensification of the activity of participating directly or indirectly in food processing in the body; supply of breast gland with substances necessary in milk formation and energy spent in the milk secretion processes; development of mammary gland in the first part of lactation; growth in the case of primiparous animals.
