Marie Binet is an oenologist who studied in Montpellier. She did her L3 « vine sciences » at Dijon and her L2 « chemistry » at Le Mans. After a few years of consulting and analysis in winemaking in Loire Valley and after two harvests in the Médoc and Chateauneuf-du-Pape, she is now with us to share her winemaking experiences.
