Terms and conditions for data collection and processing
All personal data collected is processed in accordance with the following rules:
- The data controller is the Association Groupe ESA, represented by its Chief Executive.

- The personal data collected may be used for the following purposes:
- Administration of applications
- Communication with the applicant regarding their application
- Follow-up mailings or emails
- Sending emails containing news from the École supérieure des agricultures (ESA)
- Registration for an event
- Responding to questions and enquiries
- Website operation and security (improving content and tailoring the user experience)
- Anonymised statistical analysis.
- The recipients of personal data are: programme and training managers, their assistants, members of the Information and Guidance Unit, and the Communications/Marketing department.
- The retention period for personal data is set as follows: three years from receipt of the application.
- Personal data is not transferred outside the European Union.
- Personal data is not subject to automated individual decision-making.
- The collection of this personal data has a contractual basis [Articles 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation].
- Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. If these details are not provided, the application will not be processed.
Human rights
Subject to the terms and conditions set out in the regulations, every individual has the right of access, the right to object, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to rectification, the right to be forgotten, the right to compensation and the right to withdraw consent.
