After almost 10 years in the industry as industrialization, production and lean manager, and thanks to her PhD in food sciences Emma Donz is now a researcher and lecturer in ESA.
Her main knowledges are in food process and milk industry, and she is teaching mostly for the engineer program.
Her research is focused on how to avoid or what to do with by-products from fruits and vegetables.
