After 12 years working in marketing for various companies in the wine industry (London, Paris, Languedoc and Loire valley), Baptiste joined the Ecole Supérieure des Agricultures (ESA) as a wine marketing teacher. He teaches mainly in the Master and Licence Degrees. His interests and main teaching subjects are the fundamentals and specificities of wine marketing, wine branding, wine consumers behaviours, wine economics. He has also passed the WSET level 3 and is interested in wine tasting and the impact of human and environment on wine style.
