Mohamed GHALI performed his PhD in economics from the University of Angers. His is holder of an engineering degree in agricultural economics, a Master degree in economics and management of agricultural development from the Agro-Montpellier Institute and a Master of Science in policies and public choices in agriculture from CIHEAM Montpellier. He provides training courses covering a wide range of economic disciplines. His research contributions are established in the field of Agricultural economics, ecological economics and environmental economics. His research is interested in policy and agricultural practices evaluation; bio-economic modelling of farms; the adoption and diffusion of innovations: understanding and predicting drivers of adoption and diffusion of related technics and technologies. He continues his research on ecological and digital transitions, particularly the impact of digital technologies on the economic and environmental performances of farms and the drivers of their adoption by farmers. Most of his research has led to scientific publications in refereed journals and books.
