Isabelle Maître graduated in 1984 in agronomy, in 1990 in management, in 2014 as a phD. She has been working first as a specialist of poultry nutrition. Then, in 1991, she was hired in Danone Company where she implemented sensory analysis in the dairy international division. In 2003, she joined ESA from Angers, as a researcher-lecturer and started academic research and publishing. She teaches at master level in food and sensory science. She is highly involved in projects on elderly food behavior, consumer led eco-innovation and sustainable food behavior changes.
