May in Europe | Erasmus+ Staff Mobility in Italy
As part of an Erasmus+ staff training mobility, Anaïs Gray and Marie Phillipo, Master Programs Assistants, had the opportunity to undertake a job-shadowing visit at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Italy.

« During this experience, we visited two of the university’s campuses, located in Cremona and Piacenza. On site, we met with several departments, in particular those in charge of international relations. These discussions gave us valuable insight into how the university supports international students, facilitates their professional integration, and assists them in finding internship opportunities. The initiatives we observed all reflect a student-centred approach focused on the overall student experience and well-being.
Beyond the professional dimension, this mobility also helped strengthen ties with a European partner university, making long-standing collaborations more tangible. The warm welcome we received and the opportunity to discover the local context further enriched the experience.”
This visit clearly highlights the value of Erasmus+ staff mobilities in higher education: they foster the exchange of good practices, strengthen European cooperation, and contribute to the development of skills in an international environment.
