Overview
One-year MSc: for candidates holding a validated 4-year degree (minimum 450 hours of coursework over at least 10 months). This programme is equivalent to a Master’s second year (M2) and leads to a Bac+5 level degree.
Two-year MSc: for candidates holding a validated 3-year degree (minimum 700 hours of coursework over at least 15 months). This programme is equivalent to a full Master’s (M1 + M2) and also leads to a Bac+5 level degree.
With a strong focus on sustainability, digital innovation, and corporate social responsibility (CSR), this program responds to key global challenges: decarbonization of food systems, ethical sourcing, climate resilience, food security, and responsible value chain governance.
Through academic coursework, applied research, case studies, and industry placements, students gain a deep understanding of both biological systems and business operations, preparing them to design and manage food supply chains that are both profitable and sustainable.
- Design and manage sustainable supply chains in agriculture and food sectors
- Apply digital tools and data analytics to support decision-making in logistics
- Address environmental and social impacts through CSR strategy integration
- Manage the complexity of cold chains and perishable product logistics
- Interpret and apply European and international regulations (e.g. CSRD, ecolabels)
- Anticipate and respond to global food crises and risks
- Communicate effectively across technical and managerial teams
- Lead interdisciplinary projects with stakeholders from farm to fork
This program is offered as a work-study program (alternance), combining academic coursework with professional experience in a host company.
Students alternate between periods at school and in-company training, allowing them to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings and develop strong operational skills. This format enhances employability and fosters professional integration. Work-study contracts may take the form of apprenticeship or professionalization contracts, depending on the student’s status and the company’s preference.
The program includes key professional missions, along with a 26-week internship divided into two phases.
