AAGINOV: Development of innovative and tasty solutions to fight against senior undernutrition.
The objective is to respond to the evolution of the market by developing a range of culinary solutions that give pleasure to seniors and that are adapted to the specific needs of these populations and to the evolution of their sensory and digestive physiology. These are gourmet culinary solutions of high nutritional quality, perfectly characterized to meet the needs and expectations of seniors but also of cooks in nursing homes.
The consortium of partners includes the entire sector: ingredient producers, formulators, manufacturers of enriched foods, cooks in nursing homes, and research structures such as university hospitals and our GRAPPE research unit at ESA.
The Solina group is the carrier of this FUI project which started last February for a period of 3 and a half years, with financing from the Regional Councils and the Single Interministerial Fund (FUI).
