Basic knowledge of Strategy,Systemic analysis of businesses and specificities of farming,Technical and Economic Management: analysis of the activity, analysis of profitability ,Financial analysis: from the accounting balance sheet to the functional balance sheet. Business Project. ,Students, in groups of 6 or 7, choose a business whose organisation must be modified for strategic reasons. They then analyse the socio-economic environment, create a development project, infer the socio-economic consequences, study the feasibility and make an action plan, make a hypothetical forecast and recommendations and, most importantly, make a dashboard.,Teaching methods in this project:,Courses in business management and strategy.,Supervised work in business management and strategy,Accompanied work in groups of 6 to 7 students. ,Each group is supported and supervised by a mentoring professor (who will meet the group 4 times) throughout the process to ensure progression and to provide advice on required methodology and technical aspects. ,In certain cases, the possibility a technical mentor at ESA will be offered,,
