🌱 Food Sustainable Supply Chain Management

Delivered entirely in English and offered exclusively on the Paris campus, the specialization Sustainable Purchasing and Supply Chain in Agriculture trains experts capable of organising and optimising the supply of agricultural products, from the field to the consumer. It combines purchasing management, logistics and environmental responsibility to meet the current challenges facing the agricultural and agri-food sectors.

The emphasis is on sustainability, by reducing the ecological footprint of supply chains through responsible practices: short circuits, reduced CO₂ emissions, risk management and respect for producers. Traceability is also a key issue: knowing how to track a product at every stage ensures food safety, transparency and regulatory compliance.

Through this course, students develop skills in flow management, responsible sourcing, cold logistics and the digitisation of agricultural chains. As a result, they are preparing for careers that are essential for more efficient and sustainable agriculture: agri-food buyer, supply chain manager, traceability expert or industry manager.
