He is an Associate Professor (PhD) in sociology at Ecole Supérieure des Agricultures (Angers, France) since 2016. His research interests include work, markets and organizations in agriculture. Guilhem Anzalone is a member of the board of the network « Economic sociology » in the Association française de Sociologie. He teaches at different level courses from second year to master level, mainly on general sociology and sociological approches of environmental issues.
