Denis Bouillon is a lecturer in strategy and management (engineering programs, bachelors and masters)
He is responsible for a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Consulting in the last year of engineering.
He has a long experience in the marketing and sales departments of cooperatives, family businesses, and agri-food groups with a strong specialization in meat products, processed products and catering. He assists small and medium-sized companies and breeders in the their marketing strategy: training in the marketing approach, assistance in setting up a target organization, a marketing and communication plan, and the innovation process.
