Nathalie Fontaine has a university degree in agricultural and agri-business economics and has over 15 years of professional experience in agri-food marketing in the wine, pasta and industrial pastry markets. She turned to consulting for wine companies and joined ESA in 2010 as a marketing and commodity chain lecturer. She is now Director of Departments and member of the ESA Management Committee
