Juliette Pierart an associate professor in Ecole Supérieure des Agricultures (Angers, France). During her PhD, she focused on the interactions between predisposition to mastitis and energy status during early lactation. Her teaching activities are mainly focused on animal physiology (cell biology, physiology of lactation, reproductive physiology) and on pigs and poultry production. She is in charge of the bachelor degree in animal productions.
