“I love being an apprenticeship supervisor. It is rewarding for us and the work-study students learn at the same time as studying for their diploma. Here, lots of people are taken on after their work-study period. The task of establishing a “Fraîch’découpe” (pre-prepared fruit and vegetables) space was perfectly conducted by Morgane D., our apprentice of ESA.
