To touch upon the transformation of raw materials from the perspective of processes, and integrating physical phenomena that are implemented and technologies used.

general content

Each workshop (bread, yogurt, cheese, fruit and vegetables) follows the same steps. Create a new product in the year topic with lectures and seminars. Lectures about production management, cost typology (production plan projection, production cost). Application of a marketing strategy (market studies, target, communication plan) for the project. Production in a laboratory taking into account product feasibility (experimentation, characterisation, creation of a technical specification sheet, regulation). The ‘show day’ with tasting and product advertising, made by each student group, gives an opportunity to communicate and taste each other’s products.
