- Reinforce professional written communication (letters, e-mails, notes of intent, reports, etc.): rigor of syntax and lexicon, language levels, etc.,- Structuring original communication materials,- Interact orally with fluency (telephone situation, spontaneous exchanges on a stand) paying attention to intonation/pronunciation,- Learn about the countries of the language studied, open up to the diversity and cultural richness of other societies.,- Prepare for a study program abroad in S8,+ In the case of Spanish : Learn the specific lexical characteristics of Spanish-speaking America. ,

SPANISH: ‘LATIN AMERICA FAIR’ PROJECT ,Context: participation in a ‘Latin America Fair’ in Madrid. ,Objective: to set up a stand, to showcase a product/association/tradition/emblematic figure/etc., ., to provide information documents and to be able to exchange with the public. The topics chosen will fall under one of the following axes: ,1) The land and those who work it ,2) The exploitation of natural resources and environmental impacts ,3) Agricultural and agri-food productions.,,GERMAN: ‘AGROTOURISM FAIR’ PROJECT ,Context: participation in a ‘Trade Fair on Agrotourism’ in Berlin. ,Objective: to set up a stand, promote a product in accordance with the expectations of the German-speaking public regarding vacations (intercultural and marketing dimension), to provide information documents and to be able to exchange with the public.,

6 sessions of 1H30 (in two periods) ,Project-based pedagogy.,Work in groups of 4.,

evaluation

- Continuous assessment (project summary, emails, language quiz...) ,- Organization of the stand and communication material ,- Oral interaction on the stand ,,The ‘Fair’ will take place in mid-December over a period of 1H30 and the public (Spanish/German teachers + Spanish/German speaking technical/scientific teachers) will move from stand to stand to interact with the exhibitors.
