Regional

Pays de la Loire Territoires d’Innovation

This website is aimed at SMEs in the Loire region. In addition to being a directory listing the expertise of laboratories and technological resource and service centres in the Pays de la Loire, it provides useful information for companies wishing to innovate: relevant contacts, support structures, the latest news and information on innovation as well as testimonials that serve as examples.

Objectif végétal

‘Objectif Végétal‘ brings together actors within the plant sector in the Pays de la Loire and sets out a collective road map to transform the Region, over five years, into an international site of excellence for Training, Research and Innovation on plants.

RFI en Pays de la Loire

As part of its Higher Education, Research and Innovation Programme 2014-2020, the Pays de la Loire Region supports the development of ten different themes, in which it excels within its territory (digital, plant, food, etc.), by encouraging integrated Research – Training and Education – Innovation (R-F-I).

VEGEPOLYS

Established in the Pays de la Loire, VEGEPOLYS is a global competitiveness cluster, benefiting from the unique concentration in Europe of companies, research centres and training opportunities within the field of plants. Its objective is to become the world reference on the production (creation and cultivation practices) of specialised plants that respect health and the environment.

INRA

ESA has a scientific alliance with INRA, with contracted research units in several of their departments.

VinOpôle – Centre Val de Loire

ESA is one of many actors involved in research, initial and continuous education and training in the wine industry and has received support from the Région, the Département and the State to create VinOpôle Centre Val de Loire. The structure of the cluster requires R&D work groups and the development of higher education study programmes, in viticulture, in the Région Centre-Val de la Loire. The aim is also to strengthen regional, inter-regional, national and international exchanges to help boost the reputation and identity of wine training in the Région Centre-Val de Loire region and, by consequence, the reputation of our wine industry.
