ESA Angers continues to monitor the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and has convened a group of senior administrators to manage and lead the response to this outbreak. The group has been meeting regularly and are working with local and state health officials to closely monitor the situation. Since the situation continues to change – this webpage will be updated to provide information and advice to students and staff.

We were truly pleased to welcome Olha and Oksana, from OHAIT ONAFT – Odessa, Ukraine last week. They are specialised in viticulture – sensory analysis and oenology. We are glad that they have made the great choice of joining us by participating in the Erasmus+ MIC 18 – 20 project.

Astana, Kazakhstan, Alliance Française, Wednesday March 28: 14 kazakhs students are taking the DELF A1 test, to study at ESA.

20-25 admissions per year in a Master’s degree fully sponsored by international companies leaders in the field of the Food Industry, Agriculture, Seed production or Agribusiness. Students study half the time at ESA and work half the time at the company. A hands-on, practical experience!

ESA’s historic building will be converted into a venue for students in 2018, incorporating a language resource centre.

Organised by ESA and the researchers from the Changes in Agriculture Chair, the ‘smart rural’ events – #esaconnect – are an opportunity to analyse the changes that are taking place in the professions and trades, from a sociological and economic angle, and the new forms of collaboration and cooperation in agriculture involving the use of digital media.
