Food processing and quality

This specialty studies the processing of raw materials (milk, meat, apples, etc.), and the quality and characterisation of the finished products. Nutrition and food safety are addressed. Different professions in the agri-food industry are covered: production, quality, research and development.

Modules: processes, quality management, food safety, nutrition, design and innovation in agribusiness, sensory analysis.
