We were truly pleased to welcome Olha and Oksana, from OHAIT ONAFT – Odessa, Ukraine last week. They are both specialized in viticulture – sensory analysis and oenology. We are glad that they have made the great choice of joining us by participating in Erasmus+ MIC 18 – 20 project.
An international credit mobility project (MIC) is a mobility project between the countries of the Erasmus + program and partner countries of the Erasmus + program. Within the framework of “international credit mobility”, the Erasmus + program offers teaching and administrative staff the possibility of carrying out mobility in one of the participating countries.
They attended classes in ESA which is in line with their discipline such as oenology, viticulture, etc. Etienne Neethlig, the Head of International Vintage Master accompanied them in those classes. They tasted cheerfully together the white and red wines from SHABO, the local Ukranian company.
They had also a chance to visit vineyards, Valley Domaine FL and Domaine LeBreton, in the Loire. Lastly, they visited « Salon de l’Agriculture 2020 », Paris International Agricultural Trade Show. It’s the annual meeting place for all the key players in agriculture not only from France but also all around the world.
Equally important, in connection with the continuity of our collaboration in Erasmus+ MIC 18 – 20 project, ESA will give classes to ONAFT students. This will be the last part of our project together in May. Furthermore, ESA will participe as well to the Oeno Summit which will be held by the other partners.
